Four hours of intense, focused time with me, Gregg Hoffman.
The first two hours we will sit down, have a cup of coffee, and discuss the science and history of the Hystrength(sm) training program and how it will work for you. We will discuss topics such as:
Fast twitch and slow twitch fibers...what you need to know about them for best results.
The all or none principle...what it means for your workouts.
The amplification process...it's importance for fitness.
How you can build endurance...through anaerobic work.
How I define functional training...and how to use it.
Reps, sets, and loads, and program design based on your body type,training experience, and goals.

We will then head back to the gym, where we will take measurements and discuss your exercise history, past injuries, and your goals. We will set body transforming but realistic goals based on your body type. We will also take before photos (my clients are always surprised at how much progress they make after 6 months. It is good reinforcement to take clear photos when we first start).
Then I will put your through a workout like none you ever have experienced before. You will know right away how effective these short but intense workouts are.
After you get your wits about you, we will discuss nutrition and it's role in not only building muscle and losing fat, but also how to eat to slow down the aging process. Believe me, it is very different than the typical "bulk up, cut up " style that bodybuilders have been doing for decades.
I will teach you recovery techniques that can keep you healthy and able to train hard for the rest of your life.
