I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years, and an avid exercise enthusiast for all of my life. I have tried running, cycling, weight training, and many of the bodybuilding routines out there...all in an attempt to get a lean, muscular, fit, sexy looking body.

You do not need much exercise for a beautiful, highly functioning body.
Nutrition is just as important as exercise for good health.
Women need to train the same way as men do to get the shapely, sexy body they want.
Many forms of exercise can be good and bad for the body. Exercise can, and should increase the functional capacity of the body, but exercise can wear down the body over the long term. Proper exercise selection, performed with good form, will increase the functional ability without the long term negative effects.
Personalized one on one instruction ensures better success. A coach helps the trainee break the mental barriers that hold everybody back.
The trainee must have a strong desire, nay an unwavering passion to get the body he or she wants.
Without that, nothing matters. The results will not come. The drive is simply not there.
