Injury Re-Hab and Prevention

We all have aches and pains, especially as we get older. It does not matter whether we are active or not. It is just part of life. Common problems occur in the shoulders, knees, lower back and elbows. It is still important to exercise even with these injuries, but caution and appropriate re-hab protocols are absolutely necessary. In most cases, the injured part can get back to full functional capacity.


Part of what makes the Hystrength(sm) fitness program so unique is the post-rehab protocols that we employ. We have specialized to work with:



  • disk herniation and lower back pain
  • rotator cuff year and shoulder pain
  • tendinitis
  • arthritis
  • patella femoral syndrome
  • and so on


We custom design each workout that you do, every time you come in for your workout. The weights, sets, volume, and the type of rehab protocol you may need for that day is part of the routine. Additionally, the sessions are one on one or semi-private, so your trainer keeps a close eye on your form.
